We want the sales process of your home to be enjoyable and pain free, so we have made it easy for you by making our Listing Agreement 100% risk free for you. Here’s the actual Addendum that is added to our Listing Agreement:

My Easy-Exit Listing Agreement allows you to rest easy. Cancel our listing agreement at any time and for any reason if you’re not satisfied with my performance. All my out-of-pocket expenses for: marketing/advertising, professional photography, social media paid ads, signage, color flyers, postcards, etc., that’s all on me. No cost to you. My sole purpose is to serve your best real estate interests by helping you obtain top dollar in the least amount of time and with the least amount of stress. In order to do this successfully, I’ll need you to want me on your team. If you ever feel your best interests would be served by canceling the listing agreement, you just let me know and it’s done. Pretty simple.
